I met her about 4 months ago in one of my classes and we become firends. We were taking so I started to know her a bit, and asked her if she wants to go out with me and she sed yes.
I asked her out and she sed I need to talk to my sister and told me she doesn't have time(I knew her sister too). I asked again and she sed my sister again, I sed I am asking you, not your sister.
she sed why me? I sed cause I like you, and she sed why you like me? and.............. I see her 3 or 4 times a week and we talk, but I dont know whats wrong with her.
Shoud I ask her again or just forget it?

If you like her then you might just have to put up with the fact that she is a little nervous of you, for some reason, and she wants her sister to come along too.
Try and develop a friendship with her and don't force anything more at this stage.
It could be that she is just not interested in you, however - but there is no harm in continuing to be friends and giving this time.

k U could try giving her sis a ring....but ya. if she still is hesitant- just stay friends (yayaya i know that never actually workds but oh well, try) hope this oddly simple advice helps...and dude, she might just not wanna go out with you the leaste bit- shes just trying to be polite- ya it happens infact im pretty sure she doesnt want to go out with you becuase ive been in that exact same situation....not everyone is gonna like you.

what makes you think she likes you? are you 99.9% sure? you asked her out and she kept finding excuses. if a girl really like this guy she will be very extremely interested and excited when he ask her out. or maybe she's afraid that you might think she's too loose( not THAT loose but smth like too friendly with guys.)so you ask her a few more time. if she rejects you again.
i think you will be confuse thinking whether she likes you ornot. then stop wasting time, just text her and ask her seriously " do you like me?" or face to face if you have the guts to.

maybe she likes u but if she doesnt want to go out this does not show that she doesnt care maybe she doesnt like to go out with a guy alone i know many girls lik her so no proplem dont ask her out just tell heru love her when u find that she realy loves u then ask her even if she refused no proplem.

Sounds like she's a bit apprehensive to go out alone with you, and it also sounds like she's shocked that you like her...
Maybe she's had a nasty experience with a guy before and she's a bit scared to be with you.
Be honest with her... ask her straight out if she likes you. Take it from there...
