That is a loaded question I would say all of them killed a lot of people. What should be done is the number of people ratio-ed to the number of population of the world at that time to give an accurate picture.

Atheism is not a religion. A true atheist would only be interested in goodness, truth, health, and life.
Christianity is responsible for the Crusades, Manifest Destiny, the Inquisitions, the Holocaust, and much more. Christians are the most hateful and blood thirsty of the religions. They may not hold the numerical record for killing but they hold the record for being the most notorious of killers.

And how will such a debate help us live in peace and deal with the challneges the world is facing today? The past is in the past. I'd rather think of the present for the sake of the future unless we are looking back to get learning points; which is not the case here.

as the other answerers prove my case, not one can provide a truthful answer. Maybe that is the point of the question, to expose discrimination and a general ignorance on the part of those that would willfully lie.
