Chamomile Tea
Chamomile tea has been used for centuries as a gentle relaxant to calm the nervous system, sooth gastrointestinal disorders, and ease menstrual cramps. Often taken before bedtime for relaxation, this light apple-flavored tea is made from the daisylike flowers of either German chamomile (Matricaria recutita) or Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile).

Also, Reading a Book helps you fall asleep.

So, a cup of Chamomile and a book to read is all you need :)

sometimes it does esp when u have big problems & ur mind are always thinking about it. stress also could be a reason. no matter what u do, ull only find urself rolling up & down the bed. taking sleeping pill? hmmm, me it didnt work too. just try to relax ur mind & forget about problems. hear some music (as one here said) but in a very low sound particulary mellow/love songs, perhaps it could help get to sleep. then have a nice dream.

Be sure not to drink anything that makes you stay awake before you want to go to sleep eg coffee or tea.

You may need to sort out some worries or concerns which are making you feel restless.

Instead of lying in bed and worrying about not being able to go to bed, try to recall some activity that usually makes you feel sleepy eg. reading a boring book or magazine, watching TV, listening to soft, soothing music and so on.

-Don't go to sleep during the day time. Also if you feel really tired, and you want to go to sleep so bad Don't, cause at night it will cause you; even if you just want to take 30 min. nap, but it won't be 30 min. nap, it'll go on and on; so if you feel really tired during the day time, try to walk in the park or something that doesn't relax.
-exercise regulary, and good nutrition
-solve all the problems(mostly stress or depression, by being confident, energetic, etc.)
-don't cause any trouble
-hangout with friends or talk to them a lot( to help you have something to do)
-this part is very important, don't worry too much, it'll cause a lot mure than just sleeping problems; when people worry during the day, and they take what they worry about to the night (every one think while they in bed) that why when you worry day time it'll cause you at night time.

Sometimes regular music that I listen to at all other times of the day played quietly helps me, and sometimes I think about a guy to daydream about and that puts me to sleep (lol)
Hope this helps. I have also discovered that if the music is to loud it will keep you awake, and if it is to quiet you will be awake trying to hear the words, so you might want to mess with the volume. : )
