how do u put a black line over your eyes and put something in it using photoshop or paintshopro?

use the brush tool to draw a black line, then drag in a different image on to that file, then hit apple-T to transform it, drag corners to size you want, (hold shift while shrinking to keep same dimensions) then hit enter. on PC i think its ctrl-T
