Best weekly conditioning treatment?

Best weekly conditioning treatment?

The ones I know of are hot oil and cholesterol. I believe the hot oil one is called "Hot 6" oil or African oil, I forget. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

for weekly i prefer cholesterol. If your hair is dry, then hot oil. It really depends on the condition of your hair at the moment!!!

i think oil treatement is better then other..
