Does this mean that the devil is my daddy? Why aren't I red? Why don't I have horns?

Perhaps if you offered her a book to read (besides the bible)?
After asking this question, your face should be red, anyway. :)
As for horns, give it time.

Probably because she was either joking, or she dislikes your father a lot.
But being red is not accurate, since no one knows what the devil (or should I play on a lot of people's fears here and say 'Lucifer'?) even looks like, so there is not any evidence of the devil being red, or horns, a tail, except what you see on television shows that are fictional, as well as fictional books?
If the devil were real,then a lot of people could be surprised if the devil actually looked more like a vomit-coloured ringworm. The fact that sirituality takes precedence here means I don't really need to explain why physical attributes would be necessary.

Well considering all people are deserving of hell unitl they have been spiritually regenerated, then yes you are the spawn of a sinfull person, but probably not Satan.

I think it means you father was evil or you are evil but satan is not your father you have let him into your life.
