My girlfriend and I got into a stupid fight ... We are dating for like 3 months ... she didnt have a job for the first month and a half and we spend every single day togheter....and i got used with it .... she started to work and now we dont see each other that often anymore ... and sometimes she goes out with her friends when i want her to go out with me and i get moody but i dont tell her not to go but she see's that im moody and then we fight about it .... she keeps telling me that im controling and it hurts cause im not that kind of a person i love her so much that i want to spend every second free with her ( i work 2 ).....I dont know what to do anymore because it hurts when she says that kind of stuff ... but i dont want a week to pass and no see her ( i work mostly from afternoon until at night and she works in the morning until the afternoon and at night she says that she is to tired to see me and thats why i get moody )

Firstly, arguing is not a bad thing. You and her are 2 different individuals. At least,this fight opens up an opportunity and you two will be able to work things out.
Both of you should talk it out in a nice way. Try to understand what are her needs in the relationship. Let her know that you need to see her and be with her too. 3 months is a short period, and if you want it to happen.
I believe when she's saying that you being controlling, she doesn't mean to hurt you. Let things cool down for awhile, before asking her out again. And one thing for sure, a relationship doesn't mean for 2 people to be together all the time. It'll burn-out. So, try to negotiate and agree on how you guys want the relationship to work.

Time management is the key. By the sounds of it, you are being a bit controlling, wanting to spend her every free moment with you. When you both get your roosters, sit down together and work out when you can spend time with each other, leaving time to spend away from each other, to go out with friends etc. Why not organsise to have lunch together on your lunch break? Or dinner break?

If you really like her, then you should be making your time together really special instead of complaining. She is busy and has a life beyond you. If you want the relationship to continue, you'd better listen carefully to what she says and show her that you understand her need for being with her friends. When she does come over to see you, make it really special for her.
There is nothing wrong with her, you are not considering her feelings, only your own.

It sounds like you guys will never had time to see eachother with your work schedules. But you have to understand also that she does have friends and she doesn't want them to get mad at her, but she also needs to spend some time with you. I would say give her some space cuz if you have only been together for 3 months and you want to spend every free moment she might be intimadated.
