i like this girl and there is alot of chemistry but she is dating someone right now and i know i would do so much better then him i can't even hang out with her to show her how much better so what are some other ways i can do to win her over?

Be careful!!! A lot of guys only like the girls they can't have so girls tend to be cautious when guys try to get them away from their boyfriends. Maybe she's happy with him and if she's not she needs to discover it in her own time. Just be her friend, and if he's really treating her badly or she is noticeably upset then interject; tell her that you think she deserves better. Otherwise it might not be wise to get involved other than to be there for her.

just hang out with a bunch and slowly try to get her to kiss you. eventually she will realize you care more about her than her boy, and she will come over to you.
