Some mild memory problems can occur in normal older adults, but sometimes memory problems can be a sign of temporary confusion, called delirium, or more persistent memory loss, called dementia. It is difficult to predict whether a person who has mild problems with memory will go on to develop more severe memory loss, because dementia becomes more common as people age. Problems with memory can have many causes, including medication side effects, strokes, infections, depression, thyroid disease and vitamin B12 deficiency, so it is important to be aware of problems with memory and identify causes that can be treated or prevented. Often caregivers, family, or friends are the first to notice that a family member is having problems with memory.

We have what I call selective memory. I can remember everything I really want to or things that I face with emotions of love or hate but not apathy or revulsion. Don't worry because grades fluctuate in the daily institution you attend. Your life is what counts... follow your star and be happy. Pick up another soul on the way who is confused. Be a brave-heart cus its not only about YOU.

To my notice this memory losses can be reduced by some regular practises like

1. Reading a book u like and recall the matters once again you read. This practise improves more concentration day by day and you will see improvements.

2. Yoga and meditation are best treatments...

3. Add more Brahmi leaves to your food... it will develop your memory.

By meditation we can increase our memory power. as
God is present in our heart, This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation
