Flabby arms? What is the best way, Thanks?

Any excercise/sport that involves constant use of the arms.
Swimming is really great as is softball/baseball.
I've also watched some makeover shows that include fitness...the trainers suggest weight training by taking weights on a pulley (one for each arm) and pulling them from eye level straight down to your thighs and then curve them towards your back.

Swimming. Or, at home, take a couple of same weight vegetable cans, and do arm bends, etc. Swimming is the best way tho. You can dog paddle, breast stroke, etc. Take care.
