My love does'nt really love me.She talks to me but I asked her whom she loves and she told that she does'nt love anyone,but if she would have loved someone it would have been me!Help me my exams are coming over and I can't stop thinking of her.Does she love me?

She does not love you yet but has deeper feelings than friendhsip with you. Perhaps she is trying to gauge your feelings by asking you such a question. You could ask her directly and in a most straightforward way that you love her and would she like to take the friendship you share to the next level. This will clear your head out. Anyways, devote your time to studies now because ultimately, it will be your success in education and career that will make her and her parents decide about the long lasting relationship between you both.

Well first of all does she even know that you love her?
It sounds like she has feelings for you but maybe she's not sure how you feel.Tell her you love her, if you have not already , tell her how you really feel .If she still says she does not love anyone than move on ,I know easier said then done but if she does not love you then there is nothing you can do!Best of luck!
