my origianal check subs sy that i paid more in takes all together than my W2"s . my W2"s say that i pai about 900 and mystubs are adding up to abut $1500

You have to contact the human resources office at your job. That is the only person that can help you.

First, make sure you are looking only at checks dated in 2006. It doesn't matter when you earn the money, it only counts when it is paid. Do not add all your taxes together, look at each separately. You should have federal withholding, social security, medicare, and possibly state and local withholding. If you still can't get them to match up, take them to your payroll department and ask them to help you.

Are you only counting the Federal taxes on your paystubs? Or are you adding up all the taxes?
