Dear sir/madam
This is to know that there is no F pronounciation in indian languages . But you need one hindu name. Hindus are all based on sanskrit, telugu, tamil, hindi etc., languages. In hindi and in other hindu (indian languages) most of the (half knowledge people) pronouncing the "Pha" as "Fa". for example: Phal (result or fruits) as Fal and like.
I have also one doubt that you have asked the question for just purpose knowing the thing or seriously???
Anyway this is the answer of me.

In India people use PH instead of F.
Phanidhar means man wearing serpent (Siva) or Phanibhushan having serpent as an ornament.
Phanindra a king of serpents.
Phalguna it is a star also known as poorva phalguna and uttara phalguna. These stars posited in Virgo. Arjuna was supposed to have born in the star poorva phalguna that is why Arjuna is also known as Phalguna.
On a full moon day if moon is posited in these stars that month is called Phalguna month which comes in FEB/MARCH.
Phalaksha or Phala netra - Here phala means forehead. Siva is having 3 rd eye in his forehead hence called.
Phalachandra- Siva is having crescent moon on his forehead.
