since i am working in night shifts i am not able to work out proper excersice daily. i am a pure vegetarien. Please provide me proper diet schedules and exercises to work out every day. Is it neccasary that we have to go to gym and work out?will it be possible to reduce working out excercises at home. Please provide me some tips to reduce weight fast.

there is a series of DVDs called CRUNCH. They are great. Also if you have an X_Box there is a game you can get called Yourself Fitness it works with you by having you do a series of exercises and documenting your progress. It also gives you recommendations on what you need to work with. I have lost 30 lbs in 3 months by watching what goes into my mouth and working out at home. I love my palates CRUNCH video

This has little to do with exercise regimen. Am happy to hear of your vegetarianism.
With the use of juice fasting and colonic irrigation, you should be able to lose weight within that timeframe and feel better too. A 6 or 7 day juice fast would be good before any irrigations.
Suggest you Google: colonic irrigation so you're not too alarmed by what impacted matter leaves your body during the irrigations.

For exercise, I recommend taking a half-hour walk around your neighbourhood when you wake up and before you eat.

For food, try a soup-only diet.
