It totally depends on your tastes and what is appealing to you, but I would try:

Highland malt:
Balvenie Doublewood (nicely rounded, full-bodied, very tasty)

Islay malt:
Laphroaig (smoky, peaty, briny. My favorite!)

Lowland malt:
Auchentoshan (light, crisp, citrusy)
