Its a very big problem that anyone is hacking and lock my pc from windows password . I have make reset password disk by floppy rom , but this hacker has crashed that also and written message in pasword hint that " I don't let you to use your pc , I have some devices from which I can access your pc from one mile far away and I am listening you also from your voice . No antivirus software, no window defender , no window firewall will block me to lock your pc "
Sir , there is no way to hide him , he crash all of windows password, I don't know who is he or she , just he write the message in hint place .
Please if you can help me so do it soon and give the solution so I can follow these instructions
Yes one main thing is that , I have no lan card , no net connection , no cable or dsl modem , then also he did lock my pc from windows password , I just reinstall my pc and within 5 min ( if he or she available at his place ) so he lock my pc .
2nd main thing is that , my pc got lock at only my home , and I got many pc from my friends, cousin , neighbours but this hacker does lock that all pc too . It means NO PC CAN RUN FROM MY HOME .
please I want your help on this matter

A lot of this does not make sense
He cannot listen to your voice
He cannot track you to every machine you log into
If your machine is not connected to the internet he cannot hack into it anyway
I think someone is playing a joke on you - somehow a program has been installed on your machine that does this all this and sends these messages
This could be happening when you log onto a website from another machine so the effects are being transferred to other machines

i will suggest you reformat and intstall ur windows machine,
and ask your Internet ISP vendor to track that they can track that person easily, within 24 hours
Second think that may be something called "Balck Horse" running on ur Pc and the msg is fake
Take a backup of all required data from ur pc and reinstall window after proper format and redifining the FAT.

you have no net connection? if you are not connected to internet so it's IMPOSSIBLE for anyone from one mile away from you to access your PC so it will be someone from your home that is trying to bother you ( i suggest you to put a hidden camera to find out who is doing this ) but if you are connected to internet you better do this step:
1.install a new windows (format all your dives)
2.after installing before doing anything install an internet security program like Zone alarm or kaspersky (i suggest you these ones)
3.do not trust any strange email or connection to your PC

format your hard disk clean and reinstall everyting. dont connect to the internet---get a good firewall like zonelabs and install it
