Sorry I missed your question. So I will try to answer the best way I can. I have had anxiety attacks for about 5 years now. I got rid of them by exercise. If I do not exercise, they come back. I could not even cross the street. What I had to do was abdominal exercises. Now I can cross the street and go places. i could never go to before. Deep breathing and meditation also helps. My Advice is give your anxiety and worries to Jesus! Know God loves you! He wants you to learn to trust him when things in life get you down! Look to God and Jesus to Supply your needs and Give Thanks to them when they answer your needs. The Bible says: Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Phil 4:6-7) Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:6-7) Do you know that God loves you so much that he gave his one and only Son Jesus to the cross, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life! (John 3:16) Know that every time you feel any situation is to much for you, it is never to much for Jesus. I would encourage you to start a relationship with him by reading the word of God (the Bible) beginning with the Gospel of John. So, no matter what voices in your head bring you fear and anxiety, you will how do handle it with faith and thanksgiving!

what was the 1st question..... if you cant take any benzos then try something comforting, like a hot hot bath/shower, sex =-),chocolate, or whatever you relate comfort to, try,
