This isn't a serious question. No one could possibly be this ignorant. Just on the off chance, though ... (and to avoid violation) I will answer with .... DO NOTHING.

Ummm their raising their children to be open minded,to look for factual evidence and to appreciate life.
You know We're all taught to respect other beliefs, but when it comes to atheists it seems their fare game to religious nut jobs such as yourself and to most people.
Stop spreading the myth that atheists are evil.Children don't have critical thinking skills so its wrong to brainwash them.Maybe the parents are waiting until they can use logic and reason to decide for themselves.
To me,taking advantage of a childs mind and filling it with crap is evil.Maybe someone should turn you over to the authorities.
Ummm and if you think symbolic stories are truth then you need your head checked.

The police didn't care because the parents of those children weren't doing anything illegal. Teaching children to think critically and use reason and logic on their own isn't abuse, it's good parenting.
It's my opinion that it's more abusive to brainwash children from birth into believing highly questionable and unsubstantiated stories, stories that convey the message that they are worthless sinners from the moment of birth, and that the only way to avoid suffering for all eternity is to obey the commands of an invisible, all powerful diety who's only way of telling us what he wants is through a 2,000 year old book that is rife with inaccuracies and contradictions.
I wish I could shake your neighbor's hand.

SHAME ON YOU! I am ENRAGED by your question. You actually called the police!!?? What the heck is wrong with you? Honestly, do you have mental problems? I feel so sorry for you. Just for your information, most atheist lead just as spiritual lives as you, we just dont force it on others people then stick our noses up. You know you do it and shame on you for it. Thinkin your better than everyone just because of your beliefs. You should be ashamed. I think your neighbors need to call the cops on your crazy butt. ughhhhhhhhhh, this question is sooooo enraging! Difference between you and those atheist, THEY ACTUALLY LOVE OTHER PEOPLE AND LIFE, they dont fear it. I feel sorry for you. Your like the mom on "Carrie" arent you? Abuse? YOURE THE ABUSER! The truth is, is that IF GOD DIDNT WANT ME TO BE HERE, THAN I WOULDNT BE, and that applies to everyone!

Sorry, but you can't force your neighbors to raise their children any certain way. It's not physical abuse, therefor you can't get police involved. Although, your neighbors could press harrassment charges if you tried to force bibles down their childrens throats against their will. It's part of the first amendment- freedom of speech, press, religion and assembly. You can't deny someone of the first amendment within their own life. Just hope that the kids want to follow Jesus Christ and his father God when they get older.
In a more realistic sense, I hope you aren't serious about this question ... even though I did give you an accurate and calm answer to it ...

Take the bull by the horns and baptise them yourself.
Oh, and make sure to stock up on lots of those brilliant pamphlets about how they are going to hell if they don't learn your truth. Atheists love those pamphlets and are always thrilled to get them. They never laugh at you behind your back and throw them away.
The police may not help, but have you tried social services? This may constitute child abuse. We all know if these children aren't saved, they'll spend eternity in fire and brimstone. What could be more abusive than that?

Thats ridiculous. Only evangelicals go to heaven? What a joke. You cant call the police for something like that. Plus you dont think Gods big enough to reveal Himself to those kids regardless of their parents beliefs?? Get a life.

They will have an opportunity to do so after they are out of their parent's home. This will be more difficult for them but certainly not impossible. You are not their parent and therefore can not make up their parent's minds about what they should and should not be exposed to. I am also a Christian but I believe that even though these people are wrong in our opinions they have rights as Americans. Is it possible for you to influence their parents to look at a BIBLE STUDY? There are BIBLE STUDIES that a person can do one-on-one , or some people prefer to study on their own with materials provided and send in answers to be reviewed and sent back. Whatever works for them, they should have you or another Christian talk to them about a BIBLE STUDY in the Neighborhood somewhere close by. MAYBE AT YOUR HOUSE??
Study these scriptures and see what you think. To become a Christian:
HEAR - Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
BELIEVE - To the Prison guard in Acts 16:31 Paul and Silas said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household."
REPENT - Acts 17:30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent.
CONFESS CHRIST - Matthew 10:32 "Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.
BE BAPTIZED - Mark 16:16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
CONTINUE TO BE FAITHFUL - Revelation 2:10b Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
Send me a note if you have questions. I am anxious to hear from you. Have a Great day.

Obviously you consider yourself a person of faith. And yet your question says that you have no faith at all.
If you truly believe that He knows "every sparrow that falls", then you must also believe he knows about this situation. If you believe that, but you do not think he is seeing his will done, then you are faithless.
And frankly it is faithless people like you that tells me Christianity is a doomed religion. You want to impose your morality and will on people rather than allowing Jehovah control over his domain. You don't believe He has any power to do anything, so you try to control it all yourself.
Good luck with that.

I suggest you kidnap them and then read Bible scriptures to them for 24 hours straight. Although I guarantee the police will care by that time and happily come to your house.
Probably to arrest you, though.
