The cordial is a after dinner drink or before. Squash is a vegetable that you eat. Concentrate is usually made from fruit and you add water to it to make orange juice& apple juice etc. I hope this helps you Two drinks and one vegetable.

A cordial is a very sweet after dinner liquor. Flavored like blueberry or cherry. It has some alcohol in it though due to its extreme sweet flavor, it is served in a very small decorative glass. Many times people will pour it over something. Cherry cordial can be poured over a chocolate cake for a more decadent flavor.

A squash, as was said before, is a vegetable. Comes in lots of different types. I recommend trying several of them. I thought I hated squash--until I started trying the more decorative ones you see in the fall.

Concentrate is a non-alcoholic, pulp-like consolidated juice in a solid form. The juice and pulp has been taken out of the fruit and basically condensed and flash froze. It's a solid, and has a lot of dried elements. On its own, it would taste extremely intense, but when water is added it goes back to tasting mostly like the real juice. It's not as heathly for you as natural juice--however most made from concentrate juices have minerals and vitamins added to it.
