maken a bad choice is not necessarily a bad thing; if you feel this bad about it now... don't make the mistake again and the mistake you made will not be in vain. common sense says..... make the mistake but learn the lesson

One good thing is that you're admitting you did wrong.
Now, real friends forgive, it might take some time to forgive you but your real friends will come back.
We always can learn from our mistakes, and we all make mistakes, don't we?
I think when we're about to do something that we are aware is not right, we should think if it will be worth regretting.
Try to regain your friends, and good luck.

Well i do not know what your bad choice was, so it is hard to say. but it is really not up to anyone to be judging you, that is up to Jesus when the time comes. I does no good for you to be mad at yourself, cause whatever it was is already done, and over with. So do not do that to yourself, cause that is only going to put yourself into another problem. And you are not needing to dislike yourself, or have another problem that you may need to deal with. So please do not be too hard on yourself, or mad at yourself.

well...maybe this happened because you have to learn from your mistake,...how bad could it have been??...take some time to think about what you did, and try to solve everything...try yoga to clear up ur mind...hope u feel better
