Look for condoms or go into his room and there should be some sort of odor, smells like cleaner fluid. Smell carefully.

Why do you care that your brother, who is a full grown adult, is having sex with his girlfriend? Why does it bother you? What business is it of yours anyway?
Don't you think that you're being very busybodyish and intrusive? Don't you think it's a little creepy for you to be spending so much time dwelling on your brother's sex life?
You're brother's an adult (as is his girlfriend, I would assume_ and, like most adults, they like to have sex.
Hell, that's why people date in the first place - so they can have somebody to have sex with!!!
So, of course, they're sexually active..
But that's THEIR business
