Maybe no one has an answer... and maybe if you die you should blame yourself for not going to the doctor.

well, since we didn't see your first question, chances are we don't know who you are and if we saw your obituary in the paper, the only evidence of it being you would be an aversion to headaches. if i see that someone died of a headache... anywhere, i'll assume it's you and place a bottle of advil in your coffin. "sorry we all didn't get this to you sooner," is what a note on the bottle will say.
