It's just a question, but what would be the effect if you drink water by the gallon and ate only fruit for a couple of weeks, would you lose weight?

Now: this is what I've been doing: I know it isnt the what I'm suppose to do, but for the past week, I'll drink a cup of tea in the morning, a cup of tea and a toasted bagel for lunch and a cup of tea a few hours before bed, and a few bottles of water throughout the day and I still do my cardio in the morning and before bed.
By the way,its regular (Lipton tea) or maybe I might switch up and get a French Vanilla coffee, but it settles my stomach, so I'm not starving myself. What is your opinion on this routine?

Let me rephrase: Not a gallon of water at one time, but by the day

My opinion is that this is very dangerous and you are playing with your health. Not to mention it seems you are setting yourself up for an eating disorder. You don't want that. There are many healthy eating plans and diets that will not adversely affect you. I urge you to find one by speaking with a doctor who can properly assess your needs. Please, stop this foolishness.

You have an eating disorder and you are starving yourself. The average person (female) needs, at a minimum, 1200 calories. That's almost starvation level. If you are a man or a female with thyroid problems you need a few hundred more calories per day.

A bagel is, what, 120 calories? The rest of your intake has 0 calories. And you are burning calories exercising.

Get a clue. Go to the Dr. and get a balanced diet plan if you really want to lose weight. If you are just looking to feed your mental illness, keep doing exactly what you are doing.

You said fruit and then you said a toasted bagel so I do not know what you are eating. See site below for effects of consuming only water (fasting), juice fasting and eating only fruit. You can lose a lt of weight. Fruit has no salt but bagels do. Site below has quotes from 17 MDs.

You'd be malnourished, meaning you're not getting the full breadth of nutrients you need to sustain healthy body activity.

Don't drink water by the gallon- you run the risk of over hydrating your cells, causing them to swell, burst, and ... yes, die.
