Looking to see pro's and con's. Which one do you recomend and why?

LCD, I shopped for a month & did all the reasearch & thought LCD was a better buy. I liked the Sharp but ended up getting a good buy on a magnavox, and i'm totaly pleased with it. Look at link below. Good luck, Ed

Not plasma short life !! site below is Dead!! must have been a scam! nothing is free! do some research ,, really a big fan of sony ,, they make their own !! many others are made by samsung or Lg .. with just a diff , stamp!! which are also good I'm just a Sony fan! hope that helps!

I would get an LDC TV because they have a great picture, they are smaller and lighter than plasma and they don't get screen burn like plasmas can, as well as they have a longer life

Plasmas offer richer color, wider viewing angles, and less after-shadow from fast moving objects.
LCDs are cheaper, last longer, and have less glare on the screen (if placed in a brighter room)
