Its very easy. Just say hello or good morning to him everytime you meet him and try to put him into conversation with all your charms and smiles and nature would take care of the rest.

You would smile more and walk past him more. Also you would be more cofident about yourself. Also call him and talk about how you ask a guy out. Then he will probaly get the idea you like him. Or just ask a friend of his who he likes. That is my anwser for this question.

if he really does like you everything eltse will come naturally!!!
if your not quite sure if he likes you...
try to slowly become his friend...
ask him for his email or AIM then try to talk to him as muchas you can ask him for his phone number...
talk to him like he is your best friend....
you two will get clooser and cloose together...
if you are really good friends before he finds out you like him, when people find out it wont be abig shocker because they will think of you two as already really cloose...
and it will feel more comfertable!!!

I think you should take time and try to be friendly with him. Then try to understand what he does feel about you. Then you can take the next step.

well i remember a time i told the guy i lyked that i lyked him.....i told him not 2 tell neone what does he do??? he tells the skool lesson learned dont tell him unless u want to be the latest gossip
