Can a man who had vasectomy, without reversing it, make a woman pregnant? Serious answers only, please...

NO & I would not recommend it to anyone. I got butchered because of 1. I had 3 more surgeries and lost 1 of my buddies. The pain was unreal also.

Unless the vasectomy was performed many years ago (or by a rank amateur), the answer is no.

Many years ago, vasectonies were performed by simply cutting the two vas deferens, which deliver the sperm to where the semen is produced for ultimate delivery. It was then realized that the ends of the vas deferens where sometimes coming back together, and a very few men became fertile once again, to varying degrees.

For more than 20 years now, it has been standard practice to prevent the vas deferens from being able to reconnect by putting small clamps on all four ends (which is what I have), or by removing enough of the vas deferens that it physically cannot reattach.

I've heard of this. It is possible if the vasectomy was not done correctly or if the man did not receive adequate post operative care. It is very rare, though.
