Northern Lights(aurora boriallus). It is mysterious and ancent. It brings people into an ancent primal time we all yearn for or want to live.

People go nuts over waterfalls too! You know those large waterfalls that are giants,....that show the grand vast ness of wilderness & fronteer! Tall cliffs and logs reaching across falling waters, where grizzly bears walk across. Eagles fly over the trees and sun beams shine through the clouds like spot lights.

Hi:

I think oceans and beaches are beautiful, but some of my favorite landscapes are more cloud formations or cloud patterns, like fair weather cumulus, over a scene of something like the Flint Hills in Kansas.

Any landscape can have its own unique charms - it just depends on how the artist captures it. Hope this helps.

By far, the most beautiful landscapes are in the high desert. Look at the works by Georgia O'Keeffe (the ones she did in NM of Abiquiu, the Pedernal, and Black Mesa, etc). You'll find every color in the spectrum, and they all truly exist there, which makes it all the more wonderful. Sunrises and sunsets are particularly breathtaking.
