I think that 110 pounds is rediculious to say for a woman. And 135 for a man? I mean come on 120 would be considered very skinny for a 5' 5" woman. let alone 110 that's like a really thin model. As long as your under 150 ish and over 110ish your fine.

if you are a man = 135 lbs
if you are a woman = 110 lbs

if you are heavier than that, then you are obese and you'll die sooner.
if you are skinier than that, then you need to eat a little bit more.
