while they have enough in the way of gene pool variety to not have children with serious problems or whatever dating your cousin is just weird and if it isn't something they find strange they should worry about their family wanting anything to do with them after they find out (and they will if this becomes a long term thing)..sure it's legal and you aren't going to die, but is it worth the explanation to your family and maybe someday your children?

If she lives in the US, it's not okay. They are close blood relatives. In some parts of India and the Middle East it is a different story.

weird and not cool. At least she could go out with her very distant relative it should be ok. But going out with cousin and cousin, not cool.

Thats pretty creepy. its legal though. i read a book that had a girl who married her cousin in it, and they said that it was legal. lol. if she loves the gy, then let them be.
