1. Arathamathesendrasan (reduces the folds on the side)
2. bhujangasan ( reduces the fat & creases on the back)
3. halasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
4. dhanurasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
5. sarvangasan ( controls the whole body to perfection)
6. mathsyasan ( increases the chest & reduces the stomach)
7. nauli kriya ( the best for stomach)
8. mayurasan ( very difficult but best for the belly )
9. bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc,etc)
10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises )
Do all these exercises every day in the morning before breakfast and after nature calls because both your stomach & intestines should be empty while you do this . Do it regularly for 1 month with confidence and see the magic.

Diets are okay and everything, but they can decrease your metabolism, causing your body to conserve fat. What you really need is some long, slow aerobic exercise. Go for at least 12-15 minutes or more per day of walking, jogging, running, cycling, or some other kind of exercise such as these, and don't stop doing this once you get rid of the weight you want to get rid of. Another thing to keep in mind is that weight really isn’t the problem; fat is the problem. Weight and fat are NOT the same thing. Muscle actually weighs almost 7 times as much as fat. So don’t pay too much attention to your weight; instead pay attention to how thin you look and how good you feel.

I tried it, loved it - found great results.
Ironic part when I went in for my recent annual exam the Doctor that told me to loose weight failed to notice I dropped almost 40 pounds!!! At the end of the appointment (I had been waiting for him to mention it) he asked if I had any additional questions and I said "yes" "Why after years of telling me to loose weight, did you not notice the amazing change in my weight?" He then quickly checked my carts and was a bit embarrassed. Then congratulated me, asked about what I had done to make the change (note I had always been an exerciser). To make sure that none of my counts were off he ordered some blood work and everything came back normal and/or improved over past years.
