We are accused of insulting them, so how can they insult us?

The same way Atheists insult Christians, the same way Christians insult Muslims, the same way everyone insults everybody. I'm not accusing you of insulting of course, but as you have noticed, this board is full of insults. They will never stop, but it doesn't mean that there are not mature people out there. Ignore the insults, they are disrespectful and are not necessary. There seems to be more immature people on here that enjoy their life more by coming on here, trying to convert people, and insulting every religion they can.

Insulting is not the way to go. As a Christian, you are in fact representing Christ. If you insult, you are in the end no better than them and will not help the situation. They would see you as a two-faced fake.
The way to go about it is when they tell you that they are an athiest is to tell them that you are living a happy and peaceful life. Ask them if they are happy.
An athiest down deep inside is full of tourmoil usually caused by a bad religious experience. They do not care about anything and could care less if you insult them.

A true Atheist isn't going to care what a christian believes. Atheism by definition is the disbelief in any God / supreme power.
An Atheist that takes the time to argue with you (all of them) have some level of belief that makes it worth the time to attack Christians beliefs...Why? They cant even explain.
The Bible states that God has put faith in all of us. Everyone KNOWS theres a God, even the most dilligent Atheist. The unexplainable hatred Atheists have for the Christian belief stems from the fact inside, subconsciously they know you are happy and saved. Gods grace alone offends them.
Just dont worry about it. Christians are the salt of the Earth as Satan as his minions WILL target christians until the end days conclude. Just smile and turn as many of them to God as possible. :D

No need realy to insult them..They should be insulted enough by being atheists. But if you are a true christian..then you shouldnt worry about insulting anyone. Turn the other cheek...to each his own.

if we are a true christian we wouldn't be insulting them, what kind of example or we showing them and other Christians, especially in front of young christian...how can we show them God if we act like the Devil...you should always be conscience of your actions to others because you will have to answer for what you have said and done that may have caused a person to go away from God, when if your attitude had have been different....their lives may have become different based on your actions...whether you knew it or not....we are suppose to love each other , we don't have to love what they are doing but as a human being and a creation of God.....we should love them because we were told to do so by God almighty
read the Bible....and find out what God says about being Gay...and search yourself deeply....don't say you are just because it's the new, cool, hip thing to do theses days......there are risk with this type of lifestyle, one being you are an abomination in the eyes of the lord.....if you are a religious person ...I'd say pray and pray with all you have and the devil wants you out of the will of God because he knows he has you...

I am Christian and have NEVER in my life insulted an Atheist. I believe that anyone and everyone should believe in what they want, wether it be a different religion than mine or no religion at all. You choose to believe in what is best for yourself.

Some Christians are just Hypocrits, and they should not judge people.....and leave the judgement to God.
Im Christian and I don't insult any religion, because I think its wrong to judge others.

Free will is embeded in the human psyche to such an extent that anything expressing unswerving truth is repugnant to our spirit. We as human being cannot tolerate being wrong. We are such spiritual being, much more than physical in my opinion, that the fact that there is a Creator who knows everything about everything and can control us if He chooses too, well man that just blows our mind. if either party christian or atheist are at all spiritual grounded there is no reason for insult at all, it will get you no were. the constant battle of religion is getting old....i believe what i believe and don't care what others choose to believe
