let's say he's the boss and he often stays at my table, doing calls on the cellphone in front of me. when he enters the office, he goes straight to my place and usually stays in my personal bubble

not really...maybe u have a fresh-pretty face that makes his day beautiful...u r maybe his "prosperity view"...he's a boss, he always think of making his business prosper...:-)

until such time that he does more of just looking at u like asking u out...or saying he likes u...then that's a "yes" that he's interested in u...but for now...just do ur work & be nice to him...:-)

If he hasn't done more than that and hasn't shown it in the way he talks to you, then it is possible that he doesn't show anymore interest than what is already done but then look for other signs as well, looking at you just happens to be ONE of them.
