did u fall in love before u were proposed?

i see a lot of lovers around me .but in almopst all cases either of them proposes the other one and he/she thinks on it and tells ok.but only seldom i find couples who fell in love at the same time.that is both started loving each other even before telling it to each other.that means only seldom u get the one you desires.is my observation true world wide?

well usually they are in love before they get proposed to.... why get married if you arent in love?
