At the place you first met or the place where you both went on your first date. Do not do it in front of maybe people because A. she will be forced to say yes B. If she says no, you don't want to break down in public. The mood should be light and just after joking around or doing something romantic. Make everything seem perfect.

Like I wouldn't want my bf to propose to me indoors, because I love being outdoors. I'd want him to do it somewhere special, outdoors. Where? I guess he'll just have to figure that out :o) If you're really really really stuck (try talking to her friends/family that you've sworn to secrecy and you know won't blab).. also, the place of your first date or somewhere special like that is cool sometimes too. Someplace that is special to the both of you, or that can become special. I personally think the best proposal take place in private. I mean, it's great to show your emotions and feelings to family and friends. But there is something about, just two of you alone when he asked that is special and intimate.

I would think a place that you know she loves to visit... depends on the weather too! :)) I'm sure you can figure out where you both love to be, where you first met, or something romantic like that... perhaps an airplane banner? or something private and romantic that involves the two of you only. Whatever it is , i'm sure it will turn out just fine. The One true thing that matters most is that you both love each other and want to spend the rest of your lives together... Congrats! Well it depends on where you live, but I say somewhere at night underneath the stars with just you two.

If you live where there is snow, that would be really romantic!

or

If you live near the beach, maybe you could propose to her on the beach at night on a picnic blanket in a secluded spot.

or

If you live elsewhere you could maybe pick one of y'alls favorite spots.
