It's natural right now to feel heart broken.. but there'll come a day, particularly when you're interested in someone ELSE which will definitely happen by the way :o), that you will feel 10000 times better, and all your tears for your breakup will be gone. That's just the cycle of life, in general.. we meet people, we date them, we even get engaged or married, and then we break up. and sometimes we don't, if the situation is right, and the people in the relationship both want to work things out. You have to know that the only thing that will really heal your heart is time, as corny as that sounds. Take things 1 day at a time, and don't beat yourself up. I'm sure you're a great person and there'll be another great guy eventually who you'll feel you want to get to know better and have a relationship with. In the mean time, give your heart time to heal, and treat yourself really well. Have a girl's night out, or a spa day, something with friends or family. When I was younger, and just out of a relationship (in my teen years) I thought that I'd NEVER feel better, and I didn't want to! I just wanted to be with him! But then I realized, why would I want to be with someone who didn't completely want to be with me? I deserve WAY better than that, and I found it! I'm sure you will too. Good luck :o)

girl i know how it feels cause I've been through that a lot of times. this may sound COMMON but believe me honey it works. here are some tips i could advice you and i hope it would help you even just a bit
1. think of the possible reasons why he dumped you and learn from it.
2. always keep in mind that you DESERVE someone BETTER. someone who would love you despite of your imperfections.
3. cry like you've never cried before (this would cool you down)
4.talk to friends, families, or anybody whom you're comfortable talking with, and of course listen to what they say.
5. indulge yourself to sports or hobbies that would keep you occupied.
6. forgive "HIM"
7. and last but certainly not the least, pray.
a friend once told me that the only way you could move on is by understanding that there's no turning back..God bless

you go through hurdles in your lifetime. one hurdle may feel too high to jump and you just don't have the energy to get over it but with time you will eventually get over it.......you will then look back and say to yourself "what was i thinking at the time?" let it go.....it wasn't meant to be. your basically crying over spilled milk. be strong and don't show any weakness. you show your ex-bf that side of you and then he my eventually come back to you. chances are slim.....but he is not worthy of you.
