Pho Xe Lu on Argyle is my favorite. Order the pho with the tendon and bile trip as well as meatballs and steak it is delicious.Trust me, I have eaten Pho at every restaurant on Argyle.
Take the Red Line to the Argyle stop and walk East. The restaurant is on the South Side of the street about two blocks down.
