If your tooth is partially lost your best bet is to have a dentist do an Xray and tell you the extent of the damage and whether the tooth can be saved or not. Chances are you will be better off trying to repair the tooth now instead of losing the whole thing later. If bacteria gets inside somehow you could get an infection then it becomes serious pain. Its better safe than sorry. True dentists are expensive but if its hurting now its best to get it checked. Good luck.

I hate to say it...but, you most likely need a root canal.

Luckily, I have a solution for you! There is a company called Care Credit that works with dentists all over the Country. Rinse your mouth heavily. If this occurs again, you comprehend you may't take care of that a lot lemon at one time. you may take any soreness reliever. The hygienists in my dentist's place of work say they use Tylenol after having their enamel deepwhite to end any soreness. pay attention of tender beverages as they're acidic, too. in case you nevertheless have issues, change to a toothpaste for tender enamel and shrink down on issues that reason soreness. Your body develop into telling you some thing and also you probably did not pay interest.

Is there a dental school in your area? Many people go to dental schools and have students work on their teeth. My friends without insurance go all the time and they have all had good work done.

I did that a month ago! You will need to get it filled before more of it breaks off. However there is a product called Dentemp that is a kit you use to make your own temporary fillings with. It will help until you can get to a dentist.
