YES! It happened to me many years ago. Seriously! I use to be a strict vegetarian and drank fresh carrot juice like a daily ritual. For about 2 weeks I committed to carrot juice more than usual and before I knew it, my skin started to turn orange! I freaked out!

Absolutely yes! In my younger days I tried eating only apples and carrots as a weight loss diet. I became suspicious when one person asked about my "olive complexion" (I am fairly light) and the same day another asked if I were part Chinese (I am Scandinavian and Irish). Later on, I read an article in the newspaper that proved my suspicions--too many carrots can turn you orange!

Yes, this can happen also can happen if you eat a load of mangos, a friend of mine did this she moved to a new house and there was a mango tree in the yard, so she thought great I will invent a new diet of several mangos several times a day, she went orange/yellow, looked hilarious sorta like a version of tan in a can gone wrong, really wrong, ie eyeballs yellow, fingertips yellow etc. This be like tandoori tan/jaundice.

Absolutely!

It's not dangerous, but it can make your skin, and your eyes appear orange. It's the Beta-caroteine, which is also used as a food-coloring. (That's what they use to make orange Cheddar)

Reducing the intake will return your skin to its normal color.
