i believe it depends on the severity of correction to be done, my grand daughter had a tooth growing almost straight out on the backside of her teeth because of over crowding and also her two canines were growing out away from teeth instead of down...the costs for correcting all of this was 5200.00 American, but was well spent money..her teeth are straight and beautiful now..she is 15, her brother who is 13 has ever had cavities and his teeth are straight and white...very lucky for him and the bank account...

Thats actually pretty reasonable. I got braces in May and they cost $4900 but I paid an extra $350 to get the clear ceramic brackets. My insurance covered $2000 though and I got a payment plan so its not so bad.

dont listen to the girl who said they can run up to 4k. thats not true. they can run from 2k-8 or 9k depending on how bad ur teeth are. mine are 7k. it also depends on where u live

Yes it is really that high. They run from $3,000.00 to 4,000.00 for the full treatment course.
