Exercise is great for cramps and if you must be still, a heating pad will work, If your cramps become unbearable, as some girls do, you need to see the Dr.

turn the air on cold and get the hottest bath you can stand and submerge your belly. Apply pressure, like pushing in not sucking in helps me for the really bad ones too

heating pad, hot tea and stretching exercises work best. talk to your doctor if it's that bad too...anti-inflammatory meds like advil/motrin can help too.
