As the owner of a bully breed (boxer) I beg you not to play up the negative image these dogs have.
It's tough for dogs like rottweilers to get a fair chance at a good life. Most people are going to make harsh judgments about the stability and safety of your dog on first sight. You don't need a name to enhance that image.
In fact you are going to find it hard to convince people that your dog is not dangerous. Parents will drag a child away, other dog owners will cross the street and these are not good things. What if you can no longer take care of your dog and she depends on being adopted? A 'mean ferocious' name will not help her in avoiding euthanization at a shelter.
Instead, name her for her personality. Does she have a favorite toy she always carries, a particular marking on her coat, a preferred treat? In the long run she will have a name that is her truly hers, not just the image you want people to have of your dog. Remember - we (people and animals alike) live up to our names. If you want a good dog, a friendly, loyal, well-behaved companion then give her a suitable name.

Countess Erzsabet(Elizabeth) Bathory. She was born in 1560, Ibelieve in Hungary, she practiced witch craft as a child, and later on had virgin peasant girls murdered so she could bathe in their blood because she believed it kept her youthful.
