Sugar, usually refers to the white cane sugar we use the most of. Sugar-free makes you think calorie free because of all the artificial sweeteners that are marketed for that purpose, but there are other sweeteners that are not calorie free, but they are better for diabetics or easier for the body to process. Also some of the calories are from fat, and proteins...so they will still be there.

There is sugar in chocolate and the other stuff (sugar free chocolate) usually is sweetened with a sugar subsitute.

the difference between this sweets is that sugar free chocolates uses natural sugar juice/extract from sugar canes while chocolates sometimes uses refined sugar or the artificial one. that makes these sweets differ from each other!

well, sugar free chocalate is sugar free, and regular chocalate is regular chocolate. However, if youre trying to be healthy, than you might consider celery instead.
