Well, I admit, I though he was incredibly sweet. But since it was a work situation I met him in, I was careful, not to let on how I felt. I tried to act normal and friendly, not really shy or flirtatious.
I was kinda scared, he figured I liked him and I wondered if he mentioned his gf to put me off his track. To tell me, sorry, he's taken. I'd find that a bit sad because, really I did try not to show him I thought he was so sweet!

I think it means he was attracted to you and then thought you may be to him and put it out there so you know that right now hes seeing what happens with his girl in case you are interested.

I agree with the others.. when I'm really into a chick , I'll flub like that and embarass myself... Depending upon what he said about the girlfriend, either he was trying to push you off or seeing how you would react..don't know on that half.. but I'd say he digs ya

He's embarrassed because he's discovered that you want to be more than just co-workers and that's not what he's after. He mentions the girlfriend because he wants you know he has a girlfriend already and is off the market.

he thinks you are hot and he might have a girlfreind and by telling u that he has a girlfriend when he starts thinking of u more then a freind u will not allow it to go to far so he doesent cheat on his girlfriend

HE WANTS TO LET YOU KNOW THAT HE IS NOT FREE AND THAT HE HAS A GIRL FRIEND.HE PROBALLY THINKS THAT YOU LIKE HIM OR MAYBE HE LIKES YOU OR HE WANTS TO SHOW OFF.........
THERE COULD BE ALOT OF REASONS.1 MORE,HECOULD FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE BEACAUSE HE HAS A GIRL FRIEND AND HE IS TALKING TO ANOTHER GIRL,BOYS ARE LIKE THAT.
ISNT THAT SO WEIRD ABOUT BOYS.ANYWAYS I COULD SIT HERE FOR HOURS.
