DON'T give her grass - that'll just make her vomit more, which will only dehydrate her more, which can put her in a very dangerous state, health-wise. she needs to go into a vet ASAP. if she's vomiting a lot, she's losing all her electrolytes and she's dehydrating quickly. she needs fluids given to her intravenously and an anti-emetic. don't feed her anything - her stomach is sensitive and food will just increase the acidity level, making her vomit more. is there no emergency clinic that you can take her to? SHE NEEDS TO SEE A VET IMMEDIATELY. wait too long and she can have something more serious occur. TAKE HER IN.

If she keeps vomiting up the water, then don't keep giving her water. If you think she needs some fluids still, give her very small amounts of water until she is able to keep it down. You can try rice with chicken broth too. The sodium in the broth will help her to retain some of the fluids so she doesn't dehydrate. If it gets worse, you can always call your closest emergency vet.

Do you have any popsicles in the house you know the kind that come in a clear sleeve type of wrapper-Pop-Ice they are called I think?? Give one to your dog or two or three depending on his size, if he won't eat as a popsicle then melt it and dilute it with water and let him drink it! They are pasturized so they are good for re-hydration or try some diluted 7-up or even chicken broth or beef broth also-be sure to dilute these very well they contain salt!! Good luck I hope he feels better soon!
