confectioners glaze is just sugar (really fine confectioners sugar) vanilla and milk/cream,

you can talk to the staff at dunkin donuts to find out what they cook their donuts in or if the ingredients contain animal products!

All confectioner's glaze consists of is confectioner's (powdered) sugar, milk and vanilla extract.

They most likely fry their donuts in vegetable oil.

no one uses pig fat to fry their products in commercial establishments. It is unhealthy and wouldn't last long enough to be cost efficient.
