I want to take her to dinner and a movie, but what kind of movie should we see(horror, action, comedy, etc.)? Where should we go for dinner? is pizza okay? What should we do first, dinner or movie (keep in mind that I'm 15 years old).

You should see the movie first. Horror movies are a bit too cliche and most girls don't like action. Try an unaffensive comedy or if you're game, go see a romance. She will feel more "lovey dovey" after seeing some on-screen passion and it will earn you brownie points. Don't ruin the evening with pizza, or at least go to an italian place where they have other things besides pizza. *sigh*.

I think you should see a movie then go to dinner. First, you should ask the girl what movie she would like to watch or ask her friend for her favorite genre of movies. If you can't figure it out, watch a comedy, it will help lighten the mood a lot.
For dinner, i would recommend a place like Red Robin. I don't recommend pizza for the first date because of the melted cheese and pizza sauce. (Pizza sauce in teeth = Turn off). NEVER go get fast food. The place you pick shouldn't be one of those quiet places because there will most likely be awkward silent parts during your meal. I highly recommend you eat near the movie theaters. Maybe, see a movie in the mall then go eat dinner in one of the restaurants in the mall.

Pizza is a good choice. If this is your first date, might I also recommend you double date. This will keep the conversation going and help everyone relax. See a comedy for the same reason. Dinner afterwards, so you can talk about the movie.

Go to McDonalds or Pizza Hut or KFC or the food court at your local shopping mall.

As for the movie

If you take her to a horror movie and she gets scared, you can put your arm around her to protect her, and she will see you as her knight in shining armour.

If you go to an action movie, she may get bored or get so engrossed in the movie she'll forget you are even there.

If you go to a comedy movie, she will have fun but might think you only want to be friends.

If you go to a chick flick or a romance, and cry at the sad bits, she might think you are a man and be attracted to you more. Course she could also think you are a closet gay. She is only 15 after all.

Have fun

If this is the first date, DO NOT GO TO A MOVIE!!! That is the worst possible first date location, and it so cliche. Take her to a coffeeshop or a bookstore, then maybe grab some food (or the other way around) and just walk around somewhere weather permitting. You want to get to know this girl and you can't really have a pleasant conversation in a movie theatre if you know what I mean. Even just a picnic where you live if it isn't cold. Come up with something original and fun. Somewhere you can talk!

Ask her what her favorite movies are and that will help you figure out what kind of movie to suggest. (Since you're friends you may already know her taste which is great) It isn't really that important though.

Go to the movie first, because that has to have a specific time, and then you don't have to rush through your meal.

Then when you go for pizza later, you can always talk about the movie if you run out of other topics of conversation.

Pizza would be good. Is not like fast food, but its not too formal either its a good mix. And as for the movie..let her pick. There are a lot of good horror movies out right now. (If you go to one of those you can hold her in your arms when she gets scared.) But yah, let her choose the movie! Make her happy. And end the night with a simple kiss on the forehead. (its sweet and shows that u really care and that you don't want to get in her pants! (BTW im a15 yr old girl if that helps put it into perspective for you!) Hope this helps! Good luck!

I am 15 too. If I were you I would ask her. Like when you first ask her out say something like "Do you want to go see a movie and go out for pizza?" or w/e and then if she says yes let her pick, "like would you rather get pizza first or see a movie?" this way you are still being assertive but giving her options telling her that you value her opinion. As for the kinda movie... idk, take into consideration her personality and what kind of stuff would intrest her... hope it helps, good luck.

What kind of movies do you like? Do you know this girl well enough that you can get an idea of what kind of movie she would prefer? Also, the type of place you go for dinner depends on what you can afford, but I would steer clear of places like McDonald's. At least for a first date. As for what to do first, that also depends on what time the movie is, and what time either of you have to be back. Good luck!

Go see a comedy. Horror could ruin you if you are the one who craps his pants. Something light and funny.
Pizza sounds great, who wouldn't like some 'za after the movie. Then you can talk all evening, or until curfew. And get her home before then or daddy will never let you out again with her. Good luck, have fun.
