i have the flu, so i need something that wont upset any of my symptoms, but has a lot of vitamins for my immune system

i always drink lemon tea and i put raspberries inside, it takes care of my flu IMMEDIATELY. try it!

Fish or chicken Porridge. It works most times. It's just rice cooked in lots of water, a little salt to taste, no oil. Put in bits of lean boneless chicken fillet or fish (dory or cod) . No other stuff is needed. Eat it hot. That should make you sweat and clear your stuffed nasal. It seems eating lots of fruits would make your flu worse.

No food. Vegetable juices, lots of water, chicken broth fort he zinc, vitamin c and Oil of Oregano See your self healthy and well and see source for extended info. get better soon.

Nothing!!! Eat no solids whatsoever. Fruit and vegetables juices diluted with water, fresh spring water! That's a winner.

I have always liked Gatorade and applesauce, not necessarily in combination.

you need fruits and vitamin C, gatorade is good to drink when you are sick.

lots and lots of liquids and chicken soup, or just soups overall!
