You'd be surprised at how easy the solution is:
Get some hydogen peroxide at the store. Keep it at your bedside at nights, and try to keep it warm. Pour a few drops into each ear and let it sit as long as you can handle it, then turn your head to do the other side. You will find your ear wax will start to drain out of you head, and, why I don't know why, help dry your sinuses.
There are other things you can order, like ear wax candles, over the internet, which also draw out ear wax.
It's really a very common problem.
Another thing you can do is to get a baby squeeze thing at the pharmacy. It is a way you can fill it up with clean warm water, some baking soda powder, and some salt if you want, to purge your sinuses in a very old Hindu way... It can't hurt you.
And you can use it in your ears when you take showers!
What I know for sure is that the sinuses are connected to my own ears... It makes me feel better.
And then I smell better, too. I mean, I can smell things more...

you can put on the heating pad again and again until your ears are no longer clogged. it's effective for you. the pressure in front of you ears and in you nose are related to your ear problem.
here are some instructions on how to unclog you ears:
Clearing stuffy ears can help you avoid ear pain and possible eardrum damage. Clogged ears can occur during colds, respiratory infections or conditions, or allergic reactions.
Instructions
STEP 1: Prevent clogged ears before they happen. If you are prone to clogged ears, take an antihistamine in advance of potential allergic reactions or, when you have a cold, before lying down. STEP 2: Swallow repeatedly or chew gum if your ears become clogged. These steps may help open the tubes from your ears to your throat and allow them to drain. STEP 3: Determine if your ears are unclogged. If not, take a full breath of air and hold it. Pinch your nose closed and blow against it. You will feel a pressure change in your ears. STEP 4: Take an antihistamine if they are still clogged. STEP 5: Use steam heat to clear your ears. If you are at home, fill your shower room with steam or take a hot shower. Remain in the steam for at least ten minutes. If you are on an airplane, ask the flight attendant for two cups with steamy cloths in them and place them over your ears for at least ten minutes. STEP 6: Jump up and down after the steam treatment, taking care that you don't slip on any wet surfaces. Jump several times while at the same time shaking your head back and forth as if doing an exaggerated “no” gesture STEP 7: Try tipping and rolling your head until you feel the blockage in your ears begin to drain. Do not place your fingers or any other object into your ear canal. Overall Tips & Warnings
If you are near an amusement park that has a roller coaster, go on it. The G-forces will accomplish the same thing as the steam and jumping treatment.
See your physician if you experience hearing loss, severe ear pain, discharge from your ear, or fever

This happened to my oldest too. The nurse at the docs office, took a big plastic syringe type thing, filled it with warm water and the shot the water in her ear....no lie....to break the wax up and dislodge it from her ear canal. It worked. It started out as swimmers ear over the summer and just progessed from there. We've had to do this a few times over the months......we were also advised to never us cotton swabs (q-tips) to clean out your ears...as they tend to just push the wax further inside your ear.....good luck......in the end, I'd end up going back to the doctor as there may be an infection inside that needs medical attention. Good luck..

My mom would always put a cone in my ears when ever I would feel my ears clogged. What she would do was get news paper and make a cone out of it and put it in my ear and light it up and let it burn till it was about five inches away from my ear as soon as its done get a q-tip and clean out the gooey wax out. It has always worked just becarefull not to catch on fire make sure that someone helps while doing this.

Use a hair dryer on a low setting. After you feel the wax warming up, pee in a small cup and put 4 to 6 drops in each ear. Put a plug of raw cotton in each ear and go to bed. Repeat until well. it must be your own urine. You may think this is just gross, but believe me , if it gets too bad, you will try anything. This really does work and is completely hygenic.
