My cheek will turn bright red when i start my training for sports activities like tennis and cross country run.What problem is this?Is there anyway to stop or prevent or maybe reduce the redness on my cheeks?The funny thing is that only my cheeks turn red the other part of my face looks ok.Help needed.Thanks.

That's normal. So there is no cure for it. It's just your capilaries opening up to vent heat from your body. Most people's cheeks turn a little red when they exercise. ... just some do more than others.
