You SHOULD get hungry every 3-4 hours - that's perfectly normal. You're probably eating a diet high in sugar and processed foods - they go through your system much more quickly, and leave you with an 'unsatisfied' feeling - where you feel you could eat an hour after dinner.
The problem with that is that if you keep it up, you run the risk of developing type II diabetes later in life, as you're body can no longer cope with matabolising large amounts of sugar and simple carbohydrates.
Try introducing more complex carbs into your diet (which are NOT fattening), like brown bread, brown rice and wholewheat pastas, and always combine your carbs with protein - this slows the rate of energy release from the carbs, keeping your blood sugar at a more even level for longer. This will help stave off any 'sugar low' you might be getting.
Your weight is about right for your height. If you're involved in sports, or if you were very active during your teen years, your basal metabolic rate is probably quite high. This may continue for a while yet, but unless you maintain an active lifestyle, it'll start to slow, and you may find the weight creeping up.
Good luck, enjoy the junk - but in moderation!

Feeling hungry after not having eaten for four or five hours seems pretty reasonable to me. You say you eat a lot of junk food and you are not fat - yet! You will be if you keep on eating rubbish. You are also doing untold damage to your body that will not show up until later when you will start to experience health problems as a result of lack of nutrients. Eat real food for long term health and stable weight.

I was watching a programme the other night, they took 3 people of the same height and weight and fed them 3 types of food in equal quantities, fatty food, protein food and carbohydrates. The one who ate the fatty food became hungry quicker than the other 2.

It could be that your eating the right foods so well that not enough "good fats" are in your diet. I am not speaking of fried foods or anything like that, but if you added some more fats to your diet to where it is from 30% of all calorie intake that would be good. Coconut Oil got a bum rap, but I would try a spoon full of that with each meal and see how that evens out your hunger.

Could be parasites/worms, most people have at least 2 pounds in weight of them, eating your food & your flesh, eating the good bacteria (yakult/actimel aren't good enough to help you need a proper pro-biotic like threelac), & allowing for candida to grow, i am the same height & weight but recently had a colonic hydrotherapy & eating super healthily (was before but without a colonic hydrotherapy its difficult to get rid of worms), & taking pro-biotics & i have got rid of hundreds of worms, yes hundreds. They will make you feel hungry as they eat your food up & leave toxins in exchange.

you have an increased metabolism.
Metabolism is such a big word to explain a simple idea. We all need energy to survive. Plants, animals, or bacteria, we all need energy. Energy doesn't just float around in a form we can use to survive. We need to eat (mainly sugars) and digest food. That process of chemical digestion and its related reactions is called metabolism. Metabolism is the total of all of the chemical reactions an organism needs to survive.

You have a high metabolism, you should try eating foods that are high in fibre as these fill you up for longer, also try drinking more water and eat less junk food
